High count washed elastic denim is first processed by hand wiping before undergoing fermentation and washing. The texture of the denim fabric is finer and softer. After it dries, it is fully sprayed with horsehide to form a faded texture with a film like texture. Then, it is positioned by a machine to achieve a cat whisker effect, with rich layers. The pockets and foot openings are designed with a washed and disassembled process, and customized with retro colored leather tags. The effect of sea wave tying/spear flower cat whiskers is achieved through the washing process of tying flowers, cat whiskers, and nostalgic covers. Local areas are tightly tied to form folds and then fade, presenting a unique visual effect of sea wave tying and spear flower cat whiskers at the foot opening.
